When you make a purchase through our Services, you'll need to provide your billing and payment details to complete your order. We have selected Service Providers who adhere to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant practices to handle payments (“Payment Processors”). Regardless of whether you check out using a credit or debit card, a PayPal account, or any other supported payment method, your payment will be processed directly by our Payment Processor, and we will never have access to or store your complete payment card information.

After your payment is processed, the Payment Processor will relay transaction details to Music Stars, enabling us to update our records and provide access to the materials you purchased.

Your Music Stars Account is protected by the password you create. For your safety, we only keep a hashed version of your password, which means we do not know what it is, and it remains invisible to our team when they access your Account for support.

To safeguard against unauthorized access, select a password that is difficult to guess and refrain from sharing it with others. If you are using a shared computer or device (such as a school computer) to access your Music Stars Account, ensure that you completely log out before leaving your workstation. Additionally, uncheck the “remember me” option during login and choose “no” when prompted by the web browser to save your login credentials. SAVED PAYMENT SOURCE
