When you make a purchase through our Services, you'll need to provide your billing and payment details to complete your order. We have selected Service Providers who adhere to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant practices to handle payments (“Payment Processors”). Regardless of whether you check out using a credit or debit card, a PayPal account, or any other supported payment method, your payment will be processed directly by our Payment Processor, and we will never have access to or store your complete payment card information.
When using a credit or debit card for your purchases, you'll be prompted to add a payment source (“Payment Card”). Once you submit your order, this information will be sent directly to our Payment Processor and securely stored. After your payment is processed, the Payment Processor will relay transaction details to Music Stars, enabling us to update our records and provide access to the materials you purchased.

Your Music Stars Account is protected by the password you create. For your safety, we only keep a hashed version of your password, which means we do not know what it is, and it remains invisible to our team when they access your Account for support.

If you are using a shared computer or device (such as a school computer) to access your Music Stars Account, ensure that you completely log out before leaving your workstation. SAVED PAYMENT SOURCE
Your saved Payment Card record can be edited or deleted from the checkout page. If you need assistance, you can contact us and we’ll be happy to remove any saved Payment Card records for you.
